i HEART you!
Updated: Jan 21, 2023
It's almost February which means LOVE will be in the air and it is the perfect time to start thinking about Valentines Day! The holiday doesn't have to be just for romantic love. We LOVE a good themed holiday to celebrate with our kids. This year we put together a simplistic gift guide because let's be honest, we just finished putting away the holiday decorations and our homes are bursting with toys and gifts. Take this opportunity to introduce a book, a snack/treat and something "to do" like a craft, art supplies, puzzle, or to build/create/explore. You can never have enough pajamas so a pair can always be added into the mix too! Try thinking of something your kid loves and center your gift around that.
If you are buying a few items and want to keep your gifts organized, try buying a red bucket, shower caddy or basket. This is a great if way to display your valentines gifts without loosing the theme. You can always add some heart shaped candle, crayons, Chapstick or snacks to fill in the gaps!

Looking for something decorative and fun for their room? Try a ball pit! We joke about the kids tossing the balls everywhere but they love them and they add some décor to their personal spaces. Here is the ball pit we have for Remi's room! The handmade item was ordered from Amazon in pink, the fabric is lightweight and breathable. The ball pit holds balls that are BPA (bisphenol A) free and crush proof. These items have made her nursery an inviting space to play and lounge.
